"My dog Eevee has been going to the Midtown location for over a year and the last two grooming have been horrible. 9/18/23 was so bad that I’m leaving a review. Dropped my dog off at 10a, usually takes two hours but today was 4 1/2 hours. Of course by the 2 hour mark I called to see what her status was. Staff told me 30-40 mins to go, they will notify. Almost 2 hours later I’m starting to get worried and call again. Apparently they sent a text which I failed to receive! Staff knew I called before so why not call me? My dog was sitting in the store for 2 hours for no reason!!!!! This pisses me off but nothing worse than the wash and cut my baby received. I shared pictures and detailed information on how she was going to be groomed NOTHING WAS LOOKED OVER. Chopped her hair uneven, nails that I asked to be cut weren’t and her chest which is what I asked to not be cut is chopped bad!! Why ask for pictures and details if no one will look over? I complained on the nails but once I got home I realized her cut was horribly wrong!!! She barely smells clean so was she cleaned? She got home with so many tears on her face I had to clean her. Update: we received a call and got a refund. I raised stars only because of this."

They also have a great selection of toys / leashes / treats - you name it. Happy with our experience and we’ll be back!"

"I can’t express how much I love this place! My finance is always like we can wash our own dog but NO we can’t because no one can do it like wood gang bakery and grooming! This is my 6th experience in 2 years and I feel compelled to write this review. Just wow! We also bought our leash from here and love it! Lots of cool stuff in the store to treat your fur baby after a lovely bath. Check out how cute in the photos!"
