"Went in to check it out, first thing I noticed was a small supply of Bettas in absolutely FILTHY water. It had been at least two weeks, if not longer, since they changed the water. In asking about it I was first told they change the betta's water 1x a week and then I was told 2x a week. I refuse to patronize a store that can't be bothered to take care of their animals and then lies about it."

"We decided to start a salt water tank aquarium and thought that we would just purchase a tank and some fish from PetSmart. When we came into the store and spoke with Kay, immediately we realized that it was much more work than we anticipated, but Kay and his entire team have been so helpful and informative. About a month in, our fish became sick and Kay was so helpful in giving us instructions on how to save our fish. He was great about keeping in touch with us everyday to see how the treatment was working and how to adjust, when needed. We consider the guys at Something’s Fishy our extended fish family."
