"I dropped off my dog to the Dog House for boarding for 3 nights in July 2023. When we picked her up we noticed that the minute we got home she drank an excessive an amount of water. She was also lethargic and had a persistent hacking cough. She also vomited and had spells of diarrhea. She was happy to see us but she just wasn’t herself. She had no energy and slept a lot. I believe she contracted kennel cough while staying at this boarding facility. I think they have too many dogs to care for in such a small confined space. We have noticed that her cough has been getting less over this past week, we are monitoring her daily. However, if this cough does not go away completely we will have to take her to the vet which means more money spent. Will not be boarding her here again. Save yourself time, money and aggravation."

"All I can say is do not take your dog to this place for grooming services. They did a quick poor job. Left knots below his neck and mouth. Not detailed or passionate at all. They cleaned around his eyes and left a noticeable bald spot right below his eye. Thankfully they did not touch his eye although it was pretty close. They did not do the sanitary cut as requested. Beware overpriced and they will not fulfill the services requested. Saddest part is the owners did not acknowledge any wrong doing and had the nerve to oversee the pictures provided. If you read the response from the owner on all negative reviews that says it all.. red flags at its finest."

"Day care at Dog House Miami has helped my dog so much! He has severe separation anxiety and socialization issues and he has gotten so much better since we started taking him to day care! I highly recommend them to everyone. The owners and staff are so great with all the dogs. They are also great for boarding and grooming. They also provide updates of the pups on Instagram. We never have to worry when he is in their hands!"
