"Good morning, I have been a CVS customer for over 10 years and I am amazed at how this company has changed for the worse. Several days ago I had to pick up a medication and I went at 7:30 in the morning thinking that I would have time to pick up the prescription before starting work, I found that there was only one girl working at that time (very attentive and friendly by the way) but as she was alone with so much work it took an hour to get my medication, it seems unfair that a company so big and have millionaires benefits do not have enough workers to provide quality service. The workers that are there are making an effort but it is not enough, they need help. I don't know how they are going to solve this but I am seriously thinking of changing pharmacy if this one doesn't change."

"DO NOT BUT PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION HERE. I spent 45 minutes in line in my car to try and pick up my antidepressants, I eventually gave up because there was still 8 cars in front of me. I'd rather be sad. Also, expect to be on hold for an hour if you want to call them. This not a one off occurrence, this is every dam month when I need my meds. I dread it."

"Thank you Edward for always greeting me and my daughter with a smile. He always provides excellent and efficient service at the register, and brightens my day too. The pharmacy staff is accommodating as well. My mother was running low on her prescriptions and we could not get through to the doctors for a refill. The pharmacist gave us a three day emergency supply which helped us have peace of mind. Friendly neighborhood service is what you will get here and I always appreciate that!"
