"Trying to reach someone in this office over the phone is ridiculous. The receptionist is the most unprofessional person I have ever interacted with. She will answer the phone without barely saying a single word, then put you on hold and never return. Try calling back and she won't answer the phone. I can't believe Dr. Ross allows someone like this to be the face of his practice. I don't care if its his own daughter, she needs to be fired! Very rude!"

"Dr. Ross in my opinion is a good Dr. The only thing I can suggest to change is the call back time for patients messages that’s left on the voice mail, also when we are speaking with the receptionists that they do not interrupt our conversation and putting us on hold never to return!"

"Dr. Fred Ross in my opinion is a really good doctor. But his receptionist are very rude and unprofessional. While in mid conversation I was placed on hold and transferred to the voicemail. Upon calling back, the receptionist picked up the phone without saying anything and put me on hold. I called back once again and got the voicemail. I have had trouble on several occasions in the past with the receptionist not submitting refferrals in a timely manner, but advising they were submitted. The wait time to be seen is long for such a small office."

"Excellent attention to whole body balance and health. Until my sessions with Dr. Russo, I thoughtu that I would be living with chronic pain in my ankle, knee, and hip. His alignments and treatments have radically reversed the pain and discomfort so that after 3 sessions I have been able to incrementally build up my walking stamina and distance."

"Dr. Ross has been my doctor over 25yrs. He has seen me in my worst health. He's caring and understanding about your health. Only thing can say negative is that the wait time and appointment are long. Overall he's a good Doctor."
