"This Starbucks literally can't make a coffee right to save their lives. Every time i go, no matter what drink i get, it's always bitter and clearly made wrong. The vanilla shaken espresso i usually get, looks like it was made upside down when i go there. They somehow found a way to make a drink with 6 pumps of toasted vanilla taste like a black coffee. Never going back."
"Today December 5, 2023, My husband and I went to drive thru and Husband ordered Cafe Mocha Hot Large and when I open it this what it looks like pale no taste whatsoever. There’s no Mocha it looks like coffee with cream or something. I stir it but it’s just look pale. Very disappointed…"
"Every place in Naples could learn about proper customer service from the drive thru crew this morning. I was greeted by a pleasant young man over the intercom who spoke very clearly and was very nice. I arrived at the window to another nice young man who had a smile and and thanked me for being there. THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MEANT TO BE! Thank you for starting my day off right."
"During my recent visit to Starbucks, I had an unfortunate encounter with the manager that left me quite disappointed. While I have generally had positive experiences at Starbucks, this particular manager's demeanor was far from welcoming and friendly. From the moment I approached the counter, it was evident that their attitude was less than desirable. Not only did they seem disinterested in assisting me, but their tone was curt and dismissive. When I asked a question about the menu, they responded with impatience rather than offering any helpful information. This kind of treatment made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. It is disheartening to experience such rudeness from a manager, as they are expected to set an example for their team and maintain a high standard of customer service. I hope that Starbucks addresses this issue promptly so that other customers do not have to endure a similar unpleasant encounter."
"Love this Starbucks and the staff here is usually super friendly but I’ve gotta say the baristas making the coffees lack consistency. Some days it’s a full cup of coffee and other days it’s 3/4 of a cup. The coffee is not always the right color or taste either."
