"I placed an online order on November 26. My credit card was charged immediately. Today is December 1 and it still hasn’t shipped. Shipping alone was approximately $14. No one has contacted me regarding a reason for the delay. No one will answer the phone in Florida. After numerous attempts to contact them, no one has responded to my calls or emails for the past 2 days. Update: On December 5, my account was credited for the charges. However, I still never received any response from this company."
