Starbucks

"This Starbucks should be closed for multiple reasons. Fruit flies in the food case, and when I mentioned it, the response was “ I know, we don’t serve from the case…”!? After we ordered coffee and a fruit drink, we waited, and waited, and waited.. TWENTY MINUTES LATER, I went to the counter and asked about the drinks.. “We’re working on it”… 12 customers had come, ordered and left with their orders, so I asked again. They said “It’s somewhere in the orders…” Another 5 orders and 10 minutes went by, so I asked again and she said, “I’ve had enough of you…!” REALY…???? I then pointed out that “I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes for coffee and a fruit drink” She said she already made it, but she lied! At 37 minutes after I placed the order at Starbucks # 350 in Nokomis on Tamiami Tr, I finally got the drinks… About 20 other people has received their orders, and another 10 people were waiting who ordered just after me… and just as frustrated by the Worst Service, Longes Wait, Worst Attitude, and Filthy Starbucks with Disgusting Fly Infested Food, and NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES CARES!!! The Health Department Inspector Should SHUT THIS STARBUCKS DOWN PERMANENTLY. Dr William Cole"

"I usually always have a good experience at the Starbucks staff is nice and polite and my drinks usually come out great unfortunately had a very bad experience here today I had ordered ahead of time and had arrived when my drinks would be ready I was waiting there for a while for my order while other orders were coming out like normal mine was taking a while which was weird because I only had two items finally after going back and forth with one of the staff members they found my drink next to the drive-thru station which is extremely frustrating because that means that it was ready and I had been sitting there that whole time waiting for it . I would understand if they were busy but there was only like four or five customers in the whole building. I thought it's fine and was not going to make a big deal about it even though I had been waiting a little while but finally when I went to try my drink and my friend went to try her drink not only was her hot beverage cold but my beverage was almost entirely watered down and had no sugar and none of the extra syrups and cinnamon that I had specifically ordered extremely disappointing and underwhelming experience honestly makes me apprehensive to go here again"

"I come here often but lately they have been off par. I came here twice and in both times I got the opposite of what I ordered. When I ordered cold I got hot and when I ordered hot I got cold. On top of that they made me pay first so because the line took forever I had to leave. But I never got my money back. I just dropped by and gave them $8…. Twice."

"Bathrooms are nasty and emergency exit blocked. Maybe health violations. 2nd review. 2.10.2023 I don't think they have a manager. Bathrooms not clean. Often staff walks past me at counter and does not take my order. I think it's because high school kids are hired. Overall when take order staff is friendly and nice. I think it's just a seasonal thing."
