"Ordered online, had to call after an hour to see where food was, employee told me they didn't have salad I already paid for, asked why he didn't call me to tell me like 45 minutes ago, answered "uh" Told me I could get wings, called back 30 minutes later to just tell him cancel it since it obviously wasn't coming at that point but I couldn't even do that because I just got put on hold for 15 minutes without even getting to talk to a person instead. Never got my food, total scam."
"I received these burnt cinnamon sticks for my nieces. I picked them up it’s a 15 min drive one way to get them. By the time we got to them after eating pizza we don’t have time to go back and get a edible serving. I called asking for a credit and they told me I can come in and get a new one or come in and get my money back but my only option is to come back. The person on the phone serving at 7 pm on this Sunday night refused to get a manager to help with the credit claiming the manager went home for the night. They refused to give me their name and said call back tomorrow then hung up. All I wanted was a credit for these inedible sticks"

The 2 gentlemen working in the back were hard workers as well. Pleasantly surprised to see such a good system there compared to other places."
"no parking fire lane. interesting how many viewers are concerned with employee illegal parking. i wonder how many health and safety rules are being ignored. 1/28/23- new employees still learning. 2/16/22-employees should learn the menu and have basic math skills. young lady did not understand flavored crust option when advertising wall poster was next to register."
