"Absolutely horrible service from the grooming center. Whoever “runs this place” was absolutely rude to my grandmother. Told my grandmother she wanted to know what kind of personality she had with her dog and yelled at her that she can’t drop off her granddaughter’s dog either. Shoved papers back at her because she said she was yelling when she has a condition where she can’t even raise her voice. Told her to leave. She left absolutely devastated. Never taking our dogs here again."

"Not pet friendly. Was asked to leave because my well behaved, quiet bird is apparently contagious. The Manager is very uninformed about animals and very rude. I will never be back and will only shop at PetSmart and Pet Warehouse as they welcome our rescued birds and our business. And, fwiw, the price of the Zupreem was $79 at Petco, it is $15 cheaper at Petsmart!"
