"Have been going to Pet Supermarket for over 30 years, found them in Janesville Wisconsin. Have been pleased since the first day I found them and am now on Black Lab number 3; Alex, Max and now Bear. Service has always been good, I have used several here In Naples but love the fact that this one is so close to my house. The one change that I DID NOT LIKE was when "corporate office" stopped letting me accumulate 10 bags and get next one free; can't tell you how many times I took advantage of that perk. So now have 10% last Tuesday in month for Vets and Seniors; was there this Tuesday and one of the products I always buy was out of stock I asked for a rain check to come back and purchase when in stock, was told Corporate will not allow. So sad! Yes I will be back, store is always clean and staff accommodating."
"I love this store! It is located in a new, convenient shopping plaza. The product selection is wide. The staff are wonderfully kind, and it's evident that they care about their customersand their pets. Mischa gifted some amazing pet baskets for a recent Animal Refuge Center fundraiser which were much appreciated. You should check this store out. Paws up!"
