Winn-Dixie Pharmacy

"With Aldi buying out SE Grocers, the very convenient pharmacy was forced to close. All customers were transferred to Walgreens. We'll see what else disappears from the store if they change this location to an Aldi. Not a big fan."

"So i needed a script transferred. Doc office dont want to. After 2 days of listening to a ringing phone that pharmacy doesnt wanna pick up i finally find my way to get through to the pharmacy, through cust. Service. What was i thinking that pharmacy would pick up. The lady who already sounded frustrated told me i shouldve called other pharmacy, making it clear she didnt wanna do this. She then made sure to be clear about shutting down in 2 wks. Well my refill dont take that long! She then asks me for fax number as if im suppose to know im suppose to provide it. I said i didnt have, i can google it, & she tells me 'i should' & says shes going to talk to pharm tech, puts me on hold for 2 secs then comes back & says (all of a sudden) Oh we wont be getting that mg & we cant order it bc we're closing in 2 weeks, ok thanks bye CLICK. Seriously?! Made sure i didnt get a word in. If you cant stand your job that much then find another instead of being rude af & shrug customers off. Nobody wants to do a job"

"One of the better grocery stores in town. at least there's food on the shelves. and they are truly the beef people. Best prices on meat."

"This at one time was the best pharmacy I've ever used and I've been with them for several years now but I sadly have to say that in the last few months there pharmacy has went straight down hill ! Always on backorder and lately don't even get my meds . Going to change ."

"I MUST GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE! SAMANTHA THE PHARMACIST AND JOYCE HER AMAZING ASSISTANT WERE HANDED A HECK OF A DAY TODAY! We had up to 77 mile an hour gust winds in our area. Knocking out power all over and backing up their incoming orders from numerous Drs plus the hand ins and everything else they have on their plate. These two ladies handled this craziness with Class and Such professionalism. Customers complaining about things taking too long??? Seriously! Talk to the Man upstairs with the control of the tornado warnings. I wished I could have helped them while I was there to pick up my scripts. But honestly... They didn't need any . They were Awesome!!! Give those Ladies a Raise!!!!!!"
