So when they gave it back I youtube'd some videos & unlocked the engine myself. I fixed what they broke. Guess I'll finish repairing myself."
"I had visited several mower shops from Bradenton to Port Charlotte with not much luck in sales people or their inventory right as COVID was upon us. Then I stumbled across VOE Sept 2021(ish). I walked in off the street to inquire about a zero turn mower, like I had with a dozen other locations. The owner was great with taking his time to discuss my needs and to help me decide, while not pushing his own equipment. After approx an hour, I just had a good feeling about this small shop and took a chance. I am so glad I did. Ever since, whenever I walk in, stand in line when applicable - owners are right there eager to assist no matter if I am there to purchase or just ask questions. They actually listen and provide answers! How refreshing!!!!! I will continue to use this business for all my 48" Bobcat Zero-Turn needs. They will have my business as long as they are open."
