"We used to love CVS pharmacy. Sapan was the best pharmacist I've ever known. He was competent, punctual, and kind. The rest of the staff were helpful and friendly. He moved to another store earlier this year (2022) and the pharmacy appears to be in a death spiral. In August 2022, my wife had to have her prescriptions submitted three times, because the CVS staff could not find them. It was later discovered that they had received them. My wife went to pick up here prescriptions the next day as instructed, only to find they were not filled. I came back later in the afternoon, only to find two of three prescriptions were filled. What a huge waste of time."
"This CVS pharmacy staff should train all of your other locations’ staff. They transferred prescriptions from another company in another state. They were courteous and did it quickly. Even when they did not have the medicine, they transferred the script to another store where it was in stock. I am so appreciative."
