"Very friendly staff but they need more help. Our dryer broke down Sunday. We called them and told them we was coming to pick a dryer up. Gave them the specific one and we were still there for almost an hour waiting for them to get to dryer from the back. They only had one lady working there and appliances and she was helping someone else make a order for a dishwasher The prices are fair, convenient location but it shouldn't take an hour to go get a dryer from the back. They definitely need more help but I will always continue to shop at the home Depot"

"It near the end of the night and there wasn’t a single lumber cart available in the store without product on it sitting in the middle of the isle. I asked a worker, hey where can I find a lumber cart? His response “oh we put our lumber carts outside. They’re stacked up against the curb”. I said “out those blocked doors?” “Yes, out that far entry door and around the corner way over here…. “. So I asked “why in the world would it make sense to put your lumber carts outside, ever?” “Because that’s where we put them.” So I went across the street to Lowe’s and bought my entire order of lumber as well as the few pieces I needed tonight. Literally, it’s because people in central Florida refuse to return carts to the cart coral and your employees are too lazy to bring the carts inside and place them in areas for customers to conveniently grab a cart and pick lumber. Lowes had a guy collecting carts tonight. All their lumber carts are inside. It’s pure laziness. That’s not how you talk to customers and that’s not how you make customers jump through hoops to buy product. Hint… customers won’t pick up where your effort falls short. You’re doing it wrong."

"Just a quick hit to the garden center for mulch and gravel. A male worker came over and gave me a hand loading and came out to my car to help me as well. Prices are always reasonable and always someone available to assist. Started many a project from ideas the store. Sometimes just browsing inspires great things. #stevensleavin"
