"So, any Starbucks is only as good as their baristas- that being said, I need to give proper recognition to the guy working the drive thru this morning, I think his name tag said “Alex” and he’s full of pleasant positivity, saying things like “made with love” then says “have a blessed day” right before I leave. He could brighten anyone’s day! One time I was wearing a wrist brace and he seemed concerned, I said I hurt my wrist, so he told me it’ll get better, just take care of yourself alright? He seems genuinely caring of everyone. The face of Starbucks in a nutshell."

"This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience with this location. I use the mobile app to place my order. The first time I got there a two minutes before the app said it was done and got attitude from the person at the drive thru. This time I arrived after my pick up time and was told to take another loop around the building because there were other mobile orders in front of me. Which made no sense to me because there were cars in front of me and I should have just waited in line. But once I finally got my order one of the coffees was made wrong."

"Does this look like light ice??? The ice is stacked all the way to the top of the cup?! Literally got 2 sips out of this drink. Please don’t complain of not getting tips if you choose not to listen to customers…."

"Waited in the drive-through line 30 minutes and when I got to the place to place my order no one came. I said hello and waited but nothing. Pulled up to the window and the man said that he couldn't take my order. I explained that I had been waiting and no one took my order which is why I drove up. He said I would have to rejoin the line and that there was nothing he could do. I find that hard to believe. Just ridiculous that I waited that long and after all of that there is nothing they would do for me."

"The line and wait can be pretty long depending on the time you visit. They move as fast as they can to ensure each order is taken and made correctly. Good drinks and treats!"
