"Self-checkout messed up... Rang me up for the wrong thing and the guy that works there basically told me it was my fault for using self-checkout, rolled his eyes and was rude. Whether I used self checkout or not, sorry you had to do your job and fix it! First time ever I've had a problem with anybody that works at this gas station. Everyone else has been nice."

"I have never left a review before....but after today I feel the need to do so! I am new to the area. This is a small town with few choices so I frequently get my gas, etc at this location.I went in today to buy cigarettes and a subway. I went to get some chocolate but decided it was cheaper elsewhere and returned the items to the shelf. A worker was stocking the shelves in this same isle and was having a conversation with a friend. I paid for my items and went to subway, and while in line, the mentioned worker came by and said “you might not want to put candy bars in your pocket without paying for them... Never do that again”! I was completely shocked! I would never do that and explained what happened. She became rude and said a customer saw you do it. I emptied my pockets on the table and she continued to tell me to not ever do that again! I was publicly approached and disrespected in a public atmosphere for something I would never do! I saw the friend she had been talking to and felt the need to speak up for myself. I simply asked him if he accused me of stealing and mentioned he should be certain before he accuses someone of theft! I went back in the store to get my sandwich and the man came back in. I thought he was going to apologize, but instead called me several foul names! I am a business woman and I handle a lot of different situations on a day to day basis. I do understand the need to address the situation in a professional manner, but if I handled things like this worker and her friend did, I would no longer have a job! Teresa"
