"I ordered a #1 breakfast combo, which is $6.69 on the menu. The menu board also states that "combos include med hot coffee or med drink + potatoes". I got my bill for $8.23. I thought that seemed high for tax, even in Florida. It was not tax. I was charged $7.79 for the combo. I asked the girl working why, and was told that the price on the menu board was for a small combo. I pressed a little harder, and she offered me the difference back. I asked if anyone else ever complained about that. She said "sometimes ". Wow! Nothing like good old-fashioned false advertising!"
"I have complained to the manager before but today takes the cake. My order is always wrong but today the food that was sent out was burnt and not edible. The employees were using profanity and joking around, what I think may have been the manager was tolerating it as if she were desperate and out of options. I am 50 years old and this is my worst experience ever."
"This store needs to close. The staff is horrible all the time. I try to give it a chance but this time I am done. I rather go all the way to winter garden or anywhere else but the wendy that is mintues from where i live. I order through the drive through ($22.00 order) get to the window and the girl hands me a small bag and says my manger handed me this and said this is for you. I took the bag looked inside of it, it was a 8 piece nuggets and fries, i told the girl that is not my order she asked if i was sure that is not my order, with my reciept in my hand i showed it to her and asked her does that look like my order, she again said well my manager said this was yours. Fast forward i got my bags. Got home to open my sandwich that i was looking forward to try because it was a new Nacho burger sandwich and instead i got a double cheese burger. Try calling this sorry excuse of Wendy's and the line is busy. Can't even call to complain. So now i will give them a review and call corporate because this wendy is nothing but horrible."
"I can not rant and rave enough about Tamika. She made our experience a fantastically wonderful delight. She answered our questions and helped us out a lot. She was a peach and so friendly to my whole family. She will be the reason we go back every week. Thank you Tamika for a fantastic experience."
