"Went to garden center to get concrete stepping stones. 2 ladies at the gate didn't speak English well enough to understand our request , they didn't know what they were. It really bothers me that people don't try to learn their job. Now when and if I go to Walmart, I think I need an Employee Discount for knowing where things are And for Checking myself Out. And might I add, get paid for shopping for people , being rude almost running over customers to shop for others and not wanting to help the people there in the store."
"It's Walmart. Customer service went downhill"
"They don’t answer the phone and the automotive just sit and play around all day I remember just sitting waiting on my car for over 3 hr and only 1 person was working"
"It's a place to buy groceries. Most employees are rude. Those people doing shopping for other people mow you down and block the aisle so you can't get by. They need a lesson on who the customer is and how you treat them. Very poor management."
