"I think this business does a good job grooming from what I saw in the few visits there (with different groomers). I found the scheduling was very inflexible when changes were needed. I had an emergency come up on one occasion which was not foreseen and even though I called and left a message at 8:00 AM, I was charged $25.00 because I cancelled on the morning of my appointment which was in the afternoon. I was told I was a no show, but I did try to cancel with several hours notice, but it was unacceptable. OK. I get that and I paid the fee. I asked to reschedule but it would take 6 wks to get an appointment. The last time I took my dog there, she was cut down very short at my request. As the time approached for her next appointment, I didn't feel she needed grooming. So, a week out, I called and asked if she could be bumped back two weeks, and I was told it would take until November some time to reschedule her. So, I have found another dog groomer who I believe will be more accommodating to emergencies and needed changes."

"Nice experience and a wonderful staff. After moving to the area it was helpful to find a place with a self-wash option. Our lab mix hates baths and we feel most comfortable just doing it ourselves. Thanks too for squeezing us in...I didn't realize we needed an appointment for the self-wash. We'll be back for sure!"
