"I’ve never been in this store and not seen dead animals, especially the fish, neglected and sick rats and animals getting tossed around. A woman asked the difference between colored and regular sugar gliders and the worker took the bag of sleeping baby sugar gliders and roughly dumped them all out into another tiny box, clearly scaring the hell out of them. The poor green tree python they had by the front door during the cold months and his temperature was dangerously low, he also had stuck shed all over his body. I personally have been here many times, I’ve never left feeling okay. It’s heartbreaking to see how neglected some of those animals are and not want to rescue them from that life, but I urge you guys not to use your money at this “pet store.” My friend bought baby rats and they had life threatening mites. My sister bought a completely traumatized ferret that couldn’t be picked up because she was so scared of people, eventually we got her through it. This woman runs a sham of a business, if for no other reason, if you not spending your money here isn’t justified by the treatment of their animals… save yourself the experience of living through the smell in this place."

"Met the owner older lady she is so rude. I've seen dead fish every time I've been here I've seen dead snakes once and Jesus the smell now compared to a couple of months ago when I started coming is horrible. We will definitely not be coming back again."
