"I had to switch from wal mart pharmecy because of pricing. Winn dixie pharmacy in bushnell fl is slow, their computer system is not efficient. They do not communicate with you on your prescriptions. It is not set up for personal customer service like wal mart is."

"This is rather lengthy so to start with I'll just sum it up by saying this place is a disaster as far as management and employees at this pharmacy. I had surgery two days ago. My doctor called in a prescription while I was still in his office in Ocala. We show up over an hour later and they tell us they have been too busy to fill the prescription. They tell us to come back in about an hour to pick up the prescription. Well, we go back and they tell us they don't have the antibiotics prescribed in the dosage my doctor had prescribed but would have it the next day. My wife explains that I had just gotten out of surgery and needed the medication so they gave us enough for that day and told us to come back the next morning and the shipment would be in with the medication I had been prescribed. So we call the next morning and my wife talks to a young lady who says it just came in so my wife said she would be down in about 15 minutes to pick it up. The young lady says it will take them an hour to get it ready. My wife goes to the store 2 hours later. It's not ready and the young lady says she has never talked to my wife before. The young lady talked about her husband having COPD and she has been going through a lot because of that. My wife informed her that I have had a non-curable form of cancer for over 10 years."
