"Just left empty handed. Last week the donated shirts were 6.98 , I thought that was a little high for donated clothes. This week the first 4 shirts I picked up were $8.98 ! Really ??!! I'll buy new before I pay $9 for a used shirt. We were not the only couple walking out empty handed. Keep it! Also irritating when the cashier asks you to donate your change when checking out "to help their mission". I thought by purchasing overpriced donated goods that was enough."

"Okay I'm not even going to lie Goodwill gets all these things to sell and they don't pay a dime for them and the prices have gotten to the point where they're almost at retail it should be embarrassing the employees could care less but when you walk into the store and you find shirts that you can go right down to Walmart and buy brand new off the rack for the same price I suggest that people do that I don't think they're the employees are taking the time even if it's very quickly to check the products that they're throwing out there if shoes don't have bottoms on them please don't put them on the rack what good is it if furniture that I've been told can't be sold because it's got stains on it is sitting on your floor and it's got stains on it please maybe make the attempt to clean it the bathrooms are disgusting always disgusting they used to take the time and I know it gets hard with a lot of people grabbing and moving stuff but the shelves used to be pretty cleaned up now never it is a disaster it just makes you wonder but it's the prices that piss me off okay you get the stuff for free can you turn around and now you're selling it to people at almost retail maybe it's time somebody took a second look at donating I know personally that I don't shop Goodwill as much as I used to and I really don't donate much to Goodwill anymore I'll find a shelter how I can find people on the street corner to hang clothes too I don't think that Goodwill should be doing this to people who need good prices because it's hard times are hard right now if everybody could pay retail they would so I think good will need to take a second look at itself shame"

"As with all goodwill their prices are more than u can purchase new. They have online stores and are selling on ebay. They're taking all the good stuff n selling online. What a waist of time anymore. I'll go to Marshall's and buy new clothes for these prices."

"Came in 11/14 at 2pm Only one cashier. 3 employees ignored the very long line. After 10 mins and 40 people in line someone called all cashier's to the front. One cashier came. Hire more people. You can afford it. Everything is profit"

"Don’t give goodwill you’re business. A older female worker talked very rudely to us all because we weren’t standing in the correct line. We were next regardless and no other customers were there at the time she was taking long checking out one customer she waited until another customer showed up to tell us in a rude tone. Put down the items and left not giving a place like this business for a worker to talk rudely to you and she purposely waited until another customer showed up to say it."
