"I've never been more impressed with a dealership Ever! I was an hour away from home late afternoon on a Friday and my brakes went out on my truck. I limped My truck down the sidewalk to the dealership knowing that the service department was about to close. I Wish I could remember everyone's name because so many people were involved in helping me. I was greeted man who listened to me half panicking explaining what happened and he Immediately started talking to the service Manager Andy (I think that's his name because I was Panicking). They proceeded to go over my truck and reassure me that they would do what they needed to do to get me safely home. I knew it was time for them to go home but they just teamed up and made my truck their project with a smile and a good attitude. They explained and showed me everything that was happening and stayed and fixed it so I could get home safe. I felt like they were happy to help me versus being made to help me and there were several people involved. I am going to take my truck there from now on even if it's a little further to drive because I was so impressed from start to finish with the whole procedure. I'm going to make an appointment with Arron in service and take my truck back in about two weeks and have them go over it and make sure there are no more surprises like my brakes. I would highly recommend Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa to my family and friends! I really appreciate how much they helped me and I want them to know how much they helped me!"
