"Do NOT try to get information about products you might want to buy from the Garden Center at the WM store located in Ensley, FL. You will be wasting your time. I just spent the last 30 minutes waiting (3 calls!) to get connected to the store operator. Ring for 4-5 minutes and auto kick out!! I even tried the Human Resources since it looks like they need to hire someone to answer the phone. Same... ring 4 minutes-- auto kickout. There never is anyone (other than product unloaders filling shelves) out in teh garden center to answer questions, ring up sales or get someone to help with loading purchased items. Keep it up and WM stock will sink... Sam Walton muct be spinning in his grave at the depth on "un-service" his stores have sunk to in the 21st Century!"
