"This is the worst practice in the mental health field in the whole world. After calling while in a crisis I was told by the person taking phone calls that day. Even though that I was in a crisis situation I still could not speak to my counselor he would not give her a message to call me. The person on the phone also violated the patient doctor confidentiality law by asking me very personal questions about my own therapy and why I needed to speak with my counselor. If I had a pet that needed therapy I would not take it to Bywater."

"Danielle is fantastic, she’s personable and approachable while maintaining professionalism. I never wait more than a few minutes for appointments, Missy at the front desk is always a sweetheart. They got me in for my first appointment fairly quickly and try their best to accommodate your schedule when making future appointments- telehealth is also available! They don’t just push medications on you, in fact, Danielle was fully on board with discussing my wanting to try and taper off some of my meds. I hadn’t gone to a psychiatrist for a long while after having a bad experience, I’m so glad I chose this place."

"I've worked with Dr. Z for years, but since opening his own office and hiring Taylor and Missy I have had nothing but issues. There is zero empathy or communication from either, Missy is more of a drone and Taylor is the office manager--who is supposed to resolve issues not escalate them. Due to them I will no longer be seeing Dr. Z, which is unfortunate. They are the definition of unwanted gate keepers. Dr. Z is awesome--Taylor and Missy are not."

My clinician Christie Daloiso APRN is the most intelligent woman I have ever met. In a short period of time she has made me comfortable enough to expose my inner most emotions. She applies her vast knowledge with a caring nature which is so rare in this day and time. She has restored my faith in the medical community. She also has changed my life for the better."

"Just pick another place. This office is absolutely awful. And getting your medications filled and called in, is like pulling teeth. They will make you withdrawal your meds. Like I said, without too much detail, just know this isn't a good place. I'm angry and disappointed. I've never dealt with such incompetent professionals. They lack communication skills as well. I called three times and spoke to three different people telling me three different things, until I lost my temper and "cursed out" the staff. I dropped one F bomb. I was in such a horrendous mental state because they didn't do there jobs in taking care of my meds. I was/am still miserable with my brain because these people don't care enough to take care of you. Don't waste your money here because there are tremendously better places."
