"THEY ADD STRESS, NOT RELIEVE IT I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessionalism of this establishment. The women at the front desk could not have been nicer, but there was absolutely no respect for my time. I arrived at 4:40 (20 minutes before my 5pm appointment time). I was then informed that Dr. Nurenberg was running 15-20 minutes late. I understood, and waited patiently. At 5:30 I told the young lady at the front desk that I would need to leave soon, as I had only allowed about an hour and a half of my time in my schedule for this appointment. Dr. Nurenberg then responded (in an irritated tone) from his office stating "It will be a bit longer, I am finishing paperwork from a prior patient." So the response to my annoyance for already being 30 minutes late was essentially "wait longer." I understand that there are medical emergencies, but using my time to do paperwork for others is unethical. That is horrifically unprofessional and inappropriate. The young lady at the front helped me cancel my appointment, but I am left disgusted by the disrespect of a supposed Psychiatrist (mental health specialist). I refuse to let someone who cannot manage their own time (and respect mine) help me manage my stress, anxiety, and treatments. I cannot discourage using The Brain Spa for help/treatment enough. Please do better, individuals rely on you for relief, not added stress."

"Dr Bruk has been absolutely wonderful with me for a few years now, she knows my tell tells before I do. Oh, and please, Nina has been my constant there with a friendly face, listening ear, and a brightness that I need!! Tyler is always on top of it, Zoe is quick with the paperwork and a bright check in, Brandon is helpful on check out and keeping with the laughs, and Debi keeps them all in line! I couldn't find a better place for my brain to have a nice spa day!!"

I cannot express how professional, patient and kind Zoe was in taking extra time explaining each step. If only every doctor’s office had people with Zoe’s compassion and work ethic answering the phones to assist patients."
