"I saw Glenda. During my appointment some contradictory things were said that made me question how long she’s been practicing. Info that my MD of 10 years has always told me. Also the new meds she prescribe aren’t the best fit. I then found out she received her np in 2023. Which is fine everyone gets experience somehow. I then received a message saying I missed my appointment which was weird. I then called Diana asking if I could talk to an attending to clear up the contradictory info. I was immediately met with unprofessional and combative behavior from Diana. She put me on a 10 min hold without warning and then said “hello” and hung up. She didn’t even call back, I did. When I asked to speak to the attending , she started telling me laws and practices of a physician, was interrupting me, etc etc. I couldn’t believe I was speaking to someone at a doctors office. I still wanted to speak to Glenda’s Attending for my health plan. I didn’t even think the attending would call back after that unprofessional encounter. The attending actually called and cleared up some of the info. He was super nice and professional which explains his positive Google. Finally, I scheduled my appointment same day on zoc doc with Glenda. I was asked to send in my insurance and I sent it around 11 for my 2:30 pm appointment. After my insurance was ran they’d confirm my appointment. My appointment was not confirmed until 2:20 when i called asking if it was still on. I filled everything out as it got 2:30 and then I was sent the link for the 2:30 appointment at 2:30. Now I have been met with termination of patient papers from Diana ?????. Keep in mind the only crazy behavior came from her. Advice: Between a new grad NP and Diana’s being so combative, unprofessional and untimely. I am more than happy to never return."

"Very unpleasant staff and harsh practice policies. I was told I couldn’t see the doctor and had to reschedule an appointment when I arrived 6 minutes late. The receptionist Diana says the office will not let you speak to anyone about their office procedures without making and paying for an appointment. I was originally referred by my EAP but they told me after the first visit they don’t accept EAP and they want your copay. Parking is only by valet which is $20, no validation available. They autofill in advance of appointments. They do not have appoint cards or send any email or text until 13 hours before appointments. Also, they took 7 WEEkS to fill Arx after office visits despite multiple attempts to contact office. Connection is ONLY by text. They have no portal and do not reply to their online contact form."

"Dr. Sarduy and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Dr. Sarduy listens to your concerns and then formulates the best treatment plan. Earlier this year I went through a big life stressor and he adjusted my medication, which I'm certain avoided a hospitalization. He is always on time and his staff has reached out to me just to see how I'm doing. I see Dr. Sarduy virtually, which is super convenient. Definitely 5 stars all around!"
