"He came in already mad and said what makes you think you have prostatitis. Well, two other hospitals diagnosed it. They both did ultrasounds and CTs. He was yelling at my my husband saying you don't go to the hospital saying you have prostatitis just like you don't go requesting an appendectomy. He said the only way to diagnose it was with a rectal exam. My husband rolled on his side and moaned because it's extremely painful for him, and he said "I haven't done anything yet". Which you'd think would've been a clue that SOMETHING was wrong. Didn't offer him tissues or anything to clean up. Said you don't have prostatitis and left. I wasn't there at the time, so when I got there I spoke with my husband's nurse, and she called him to come back because I would like to speak with him. He refused saying "that guy doesn't have prostatitis.". If he didn't think it was prostatitis, you'd think he'd want to get to the bottom of what's causing him such severe pain that he went to three separate ERs all of whom said he had prostatitis. He came to this hospital because he had a severe reaction to the antibiotic they gave him."

"I do NOT recommend. He dropped the ball. He sent me for an MRI of my kidney & never called or followed up. A month later I got my hospital records myself & had renal cancer! Obviously I had a different urologist do a partial kidney removal."

"Dr Desai “bum rushes” his patients. He is in and out in about two or three minutes with time for only what he has to say. I had to stop him half way out the door with a question. Every one is working to move patients in and out so fast, my pathology report was entered wrong in his system. When I tried to tell him I had a copy, he would not listen to me. I will never go back."

"I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Desai when I went with my husband to his appointment. The staff was great as well. Alisha answered all of our questions and was very professional and knew what she was talking about. Both her and the Doctor made myself and my husband feel very comfortable and eased any worries we had."

"Dr. Desai and Dr. Kumar are in my opinion two of the best urologist around they are very patient caring and they listen to you versus any other doctor that wants to put you on medication on top of medication they took care of all my issues without having to jump through hoops and hurdles to get taken care of, so all I have is good things to say and I recommend them to anybody that has any Urology issues at all because you will get the the best care that you can receive from a urologist. And I have been to many of them that just don't care just want to put you on medicine and send you on your way these two doctors are not like that and I highly recommend them if you want to be heard instead of someone just telling you here take this pill it'll fix you.
