"I am satisfied with all the lab techs, Drs and their assistants, as well as the nurses in the chemo department. The front office staff could use a lot of personality. My last visit I thought they were rude and unprofessional. They closed off their accounting for the day before I was done with my treatment and then wanted me to do their job by paying my bill online. Sorry I won't do their job. Send me an invoice and I will pay my bill."

"It takes multiple calls and voicemails to get anyone to call you back. The nurses dont want to answer any questions over the phone they want you come in everytime you have a question to see the dr which means a $35 copays EVERY SINGLE TIME. I used to go to the Manderson Cancer Center before moving here and loved them! This is no where near like Manderson Center. Here you will get a shoulder shrug when you tell them about the problems your having from the injections and told every medicine has a side effec ."
