Front desk staff Maria is very sweet and understable. I know time doesn’t work in my favor at all times. They always make a way to fit my son on schedule. Great place . "I called a week ago while on my lunch break from work to set up an evaluation/appointment for my son who needs speech therapy. I was told after giving all the information someone would call me back to schedule an appointment/intake. A week later I hear nothing and decide to call and follow up. I call and of course you are routed to a random office not the one you actually need to speak to. After talking to Tracy at the LAUDERHILL LOCATION, I was told that they have no record of me calling at all. I asked to speak to a manager, she gave me Juanita's name and said she is at the Hollywood location, to try calling them to speak to her. I call and when I ask to speak to Juanita the next receptionist tells me she is at the Lauderhill location (mind you I just spoke to the Lauderhill location) on Fridays, she places me on hold and then comes back and says we are not sure where she is today. At this point this is ridiculous, and this office doesn't seem to have it together enough to handle a simple intake. Based on the previous reviews it seems this has happened to others and is the main complaint for this establishment. I will be taking my son to Hearing and speech center of Florida, the difference in customer service and attention to detail is amazing."

"Really was expecting great experience it has been me constantly reaching out to this company. The insurance and pediatrician office did everything and the therapist confirm I'll get a call back by Tuesday. I have not heard anything and we have not discuss when our session start. This just tells me they won't no business. And the previous 1 star review is right, this isn't the first time they are doing this and with no explanation. *** Update** I spoke to Tracy from the Lauderdale Front Desk, she confirmed that all my Daughter documents were submitted correctly but on their end had incorrectly had the number on the insurance not done right, so it was corrected. I contacted the therapist via email, she last updated the evaluation was getting done but since October 16th no follow up. I am still waiting for a turn around and persistent because it's a location that is close to my job."

"We love the Kendall office. The staff is kind, approachable, and professional. Kimmy does a great job running the office. My son has progressed so much thanks to Daniella and Diamond. The only big negative is they changed the hours of operations. It would be so helpful if they go back to opening until 7pm. Many parents are unable to miss work and the afternoon appointments allows more flexibility."
