"My son met his goals in feeding therapy when he refused to eat any meat. Now he loves chicken! Unfortunately... you are asked to provide your debit card number in case of billing on top of already having insurance cover most of the cost. I was NEVER notified in advance of the outstanding balance until after a month of seeing his therapist. Also, requested to do a telecall and was automatically marked as a No Show and charged $50 after communicating with the office. Though I was satisfied with the therapy sessions, I recommend it but going back and forth with unknown charges and opening my statements to fees that I am not aware of in advance really made me discontinue the therapy. I believe ethical business is to appropriately inform customers of fees they owe in advance. This was unethical and inappropriate business practice and would never give my debit card again to allow a business to freely charge as they please when I was not even billed in advance or given notice in advance. This should literally be considered fraud."

"The therapists from AKP are truly amazing. They are loving, kind, respectful, reliable, authentic and highly qualified. They love helping the kids, are easy to talk to and are extremely supportive. I have had the opportunity to observe their work and the progress of my child right from the beginning. As soon as he started working with his therapists we saw big improvements in his ability to communicate and an overall change in his character as he is now a more confident child. Each therapist individually sets specific goals for each kid but cooperate and support each other to assure progress. They are all very professional and very patient, after every session they talk to you about what was covered during therapy time and help you clearly understand what needs to be worked at home. Liam loves AKP and is always excited and happy to go there. When it comes to the administration they are quick to respond, schedule and inform you of any changes, also very polite and extremely professional. The environment is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and nicely equipped with everything needed for therapy. I am grateful for my friend who recommended this place. I also highly recommend it, I wish we would’ve reached out sooner."

From talking to signing to letting me know when he is hungry, sleepy etc. They even help me with tips and home activities to help my son.They are super clean and very organized. I get called and updated for anything and even daily reminders for following day sessions. They even work with u when unexpected issues come up to make sure my son gets his session. I really love the family feel I get from the staff as well as the other parents. Always Keep Progressing has really created a fun and loving environment for my son.
