I was lucky enough to find Iraida, at Health and Spirit Wellness Spa. Her technique is on point, she knows every bone, every muscle and joint, she knows the movements and the pressure that each part of the body needs. I've had several sessions of lymphatic drainage massage along with therapeutic massage and the gnawing pain in my hip and my back has subsided. Overall I feel so much better since I have started my sessions at Health and Spirit Wellness Spa. The atmosphere in the salon, spa music and the amazing massage is enough to send me a million miles away from the pain and the stresses of everyday life.
