"I cannot recommend our optometrist enough! We recently took our 5-year-old son to see him, and he was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, he made us feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in his abilities. Firstly, the optometrist was incredibly patient with our son, who can be quite shy and hesitant around new people. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and made the whole experience fun and engaging for our little one. Our son was so comfortable with him that he didn't want to leave when the appointment was over! In addition to being great with kids, the optometrist was also very knowledgeable and professional. He conducted a thorough eye exam and answered all of our questions in detail. We felt like he truly cared about our son's vision and well-being, and we left the appointment feeling confident that we had received the best possible care. Finally, I have to say that the optometrist is just an all-around amazing person. He was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in getting to know us and our son. "Dr. Chow is very nice, professional and experienced. He listens and cares about his patients. He answers all my questions with his rich knowledge. The Pinecrest office is very clean and neat. And I have never seen better staff than here. Each one of them is so kind and efficient. Jennifer is our therapist and she is purely a treasure. She understands my son’s sense of humor and tried many different ways to make the therapy the most interesting “games” for my son. My son, starting from not able to do fixed eye contact, missed most of the tennis shots and cannot read notes and playing piano at the same time, ended up in having perfect eye contact in a conversation, barely missing any balls when playing tennis and he even improved in playing Minecraft's and do not felt dizzy any more. The vision therapy is totally a game changer. When the sessions were over, I felt so happy and proud of my son, however, on the other hand, since we would not see each other every week, I felt like I would miss this place so much that I had tears in my eyes.
