"I would recommend this facility. They took amazing care of my Mom. They made us feel like family. All the staff are caring and very loving. I live 30 minutes away from there and I could go home and know my Mom was being taken care of. Should we ever need this type of facility again we will definitely choose this facility. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"
"my mother in law was transferred here from Desoto memorial. Noone answers the phone. We have called to check on status and NOTHING! Clearly they can't afford front desk staff!! This is not o.k. If this is their idea of professionalism they may need to rethink training the staff. The one star was a total accident at best."
"Not here to comment on the care part of this place. I did work here for a Hvac company 5 or 6 years ago. It was a major remodel job that I believe is still ongoing today. Now I worked hard here and the company I worked for did not pay me all my wages for the work I did here roughly $6900.00. With that said the owner of this place is a genuine human being who truly cares for people has a love for people. He has been literally run thru the ringer on all construction aspects at this facility. The owner paid the company I worked for so my grievance is not with him. But the owner has definitely upgraded this building to great standards from where it was 8 years ago."
"My husband was transferred here from Desoto memorial at their recommendation. 16 hours later, I walk into his room and find him covered in blood from a skin year. No phone call from the facility. I went to the desk to find out what happened, nurse didn't know. Another 20 minutes go by before a different nurse comes to clean and dress the wound. Needless to day, I am taking him home. I will find a way to take care of him. I wouldn't recommend this place for dog boarding!"
