"I have had a number of blood draws at this location. Although I am not particularly fond of computer check ins, this system worked flawlessly. I learned how to pre-register and found the system very efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The wait was minimal and overall the experience was top notch!"

"Old lady rude. Not welcoming. No customer service skills. Then I witnessed her harassing a younger girl about a mistake she made. Yelled to her from the room I was in. An embarrassment. UN-AMERICAN. The type of thing that made me not want to go back and write a review here. I wish the young girl work with some senior that can be uplifting in her life. Good luck to you whatever your name may be. "FAST,EFFICIENT, GRACIOUS, SKILLFUL!! I was desperate to get some lab tests done before my upcoming endocrinologist appointment that I had forgotten. Of course no one was open on a holiday weekend with short notice except for this Quest in Arcadia. A long drive for me but I needed to do it. As soon as I walked in the phlebotomist, Donna greeted me and brought me into her lab room. She processed my paperwork quickly, did all the blood tests ( with only a tiny twinge!) and I was on my way - less than 15 minutes total from start to finish. She was friendly and helpful! The client after me was getting the same caring expert help from her as I left. Some phlebotomists have had trouble with blood draws for me this year, but she did it expertly and pain free. Donna was worth the drive and left me plenty of time to enjoy my post fasting coffee and picnic breakfast in the beautiful park on the Peace River. This clinic was worth the drive and I will be back!"

"I’ve gone to this quest numerous times for blood work; this is the only quest I haven’t had a long wait, they get my blood work done on “one poke” because they don’t miss, it’s very clean and smells clean. And I’m not sure of the girls name I forget but she’s younger and has done my labs the last few times and she has been awesome. Very friendly and kept conversation, made sure I was comfortable and ready before she stuck me each visit. I believe you get what you give, if you go in there with an attitude not wanting to comply with their rules then they will reciprocate the same attitude towards you and refuse service, as any other business would. Thank you for providing me with great service during my visits! *UPDATE* The girl I have been seeing the last couple weeks is Rachel (might be different spelling) just seen her today again and asked her name. She’s AWESOME and would recommend her to anyone who needs labs done!"
