"It has been 6 weeks since questionnaire was filed out and referral was sent 3 times by doctor. Front desk Abby continues to say she is missing 1 of the 2 although she confirmed previously having both. The lack of organization and lack of communication has made this place into a dump. You can’t schedule an appointment and front desk always says someone will call to schedule but obviously that has not occurred in almost 2 months. Even the owner Kim was notified last week and still has yet to have this issue addressed. Stay away from this place!"

"Speech therapist Kim stopped attending my child’s school, for weeks without informing me. I would’ve had no idea until one of his teachers mentioned they haven’t seen her in a long time. I mentioned it to her, and she was nonchalant about the whole thing, even though her JOB IS ATTEND THE SCHOOL AND PROVIDE THERAPY. Very unprofessional!!!"
