"About halfway through my first pregnancy, I switched over to Bitran and Rivera’s practice. This move was well worth it. I was encouraged to meet each doctor during my pregnancy. Throughout my pregnancy I felt supported and respected. I very much liked that each doctor gave their time to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I felt very calm and reassured after each appointment which is important for a new mama! I birthed with Dr. Mitchell and my labor went exactly as I planned and hoped for. Dr. Mitchell was extremely calm and supportive. He empowered me to birth in a way that felt comfortable to me (this took some time). He allowed my doula and my partner space to support me. He knew my birth plan and was willing to take a step back in this situation. After birthing, he also worked to get us the clearance to go home quickly which we definitely wanted.
