"This office has poor patient care and poor customer service. The doctor was dismissive during my exam and I have not returned since. I received a bill almost two years later after I’ve already paid my copay, to which there was no apology for the error in billing. Don’t waste your time or your money."

"I don’t know what type of operation Guillermo Kohn has going on in that office but the service is absolutely horrible. First of all, I came in Monday and did a couple test. Guillermo Kohn HIMSELF said I would be called in 48 hrs and explained the results. I called back three days later on a Thursday and the front desk is telling me I have to wait till Monday and come in for my results. Like I don’t know if Guillermo Kohn is crazy, or if the front desk lady is crazy or if they’re both crazy. But why are they telling me two different things. All I know is, come Monday they better know what’s about to hit them. Worst service ever, given by the worst staff ever. Throw the whole office away at this point. We hate y’all!"
