"I was a patient of dr garzon in 2021 It was my first pregnancy. From the moment I went there I didn’t like it at all. The waiting room was always packed the staff was extremely rude and dr garzon herself was horrible. She was always in a rush and never let you ask a question. I could write pages and pages about how horrible my experience was there but there’s no point. At 14 weeks my water broke out of no where. When I was sitting in her office crying she sent me to a different doctor. I thought it would be someone that could help me. It was an abortion clinic. I left the second I realized where I was sent. I went home and was on my best rest for 2 weeks trying to see if my daughter would make it. Sadly at 16 weeks there was no heart beat anymore and I delivered her at the hospital. Dr garzon checked in once and pretended to care I know when someone cares and when they don’t. She did not. I am now pregnant again and I see a completely different dr and a specialist which made me write this post because the doctors I see now are so amazing. They listen to me answer my questions make me feel at peace and safe every single time I’m in their office. If I were any pregnant women out there I would NEVER go to her. I don’t care if she was the last doctor on earth and I was in labor I would deliver my baby by myself. She also brought up me not being vaccinated multiple times when I did not wish to get the vaccine, making me feel like I was doing something wrong by not getting a shot that I did not want. Horrible dr and horrible first pregnancy experience. I wish I could give 0 starts but they make you choose 1 so I went with that."

"I just sat on hold for 20 minutes while attempting to set up an appointment. The woman I spoke with was rude and asked way many more questions that is normal or necessary - can't believe it was such a hassle just trying to make a simple appointment! I agree with the other reviews - Sure Dr. Garzon is probably great, but the front desk/customer service is definitely lacking."
