Patients can feel comfortable in our pleasant environment, from the waiting room to the consultation room. Dr. Tamayo performs major outpatient surgeries at Memorial Hospitals and offers a variety of procedures including cervical biopsies, endometrial ablations, and laparoscopic hysterectomies.
Patients have the option to access their lab results online through our patient portal. Dr. Tamayo is a member of various medical associations including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Florida Medical Association. We accept a variety of insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and Humana.
In addition to gynecology consultations, birth control, and gynecologic surgery, we also offer services such as infertility treatment, family planning, and IUD insertions and removal. Please note that we no longer offer obstetrics services such as deliveries. Our practice serves the areas of Davie, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Cooper City, Miramar, and Fort Lauderdale.
