"I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND! ((THIS IS A LENGTHY REVIEW BUT DEFINITELY A NECESSARY READ)) I’m not sure why this office has ever gotten a good review HOWEVER, I respect the fact that every ones experience or expectations are different BUT I am here to share mine. A lot of the times, it isn’t what you say, it’s how you say it. It isn’t what you do, it’s how you do it. As a woman dealing with PCOS (which causes irregular periods, excessive weight fluctuations, miscarriages and hormone imbalances), I expected more from an alleged Gyn/OBGYN. Dr. Ralph is rude, he lacks compassion and my experience with him has been the worst I’ve ever had. I have never felt so degraded or received such unprofessional services in my life, not even from those in the -tough as steel- modeling industry. (I am a plus size model) For a person, such as myself, whom has had multiple miscarriages in the last 16 months as well as recent doctors and hospitals visits due to pelvic pain, painful spotting BUT lack there was of a menstrual cycle, WHILE MODELING AND DRIVING TRUCKS (I am also a CDL holder), imagine the weight gain and the stress that my body has gone through. 2 days after leaving a hospital specifically for women and children (Winnie Palmer in Orlando, FL) I was instructed to follow up with an OBGYN/Gyn for a D&C due to left over follicles which appeared to be from a previous “sac” as well as a build up on the cervix, from not having a menstrual cycle or minimum bleeding for over a year. Almost all Gynecologist in my area were booked until August or September due to everyone needing care, following the pandemic. After searching for a Gyn for almost an entire day, my sister referred me to her alternate Gyn since her primary Gyn doesn’t perform the necessary procedure. I contacted Dr. Ralphs office, they had an open appointment for the following day. Imagine my gratitude! Though his office was 3 hours away, I happily accepted, packed a bag and left out at 5:45am the next morning to be sure that I made my appointment on time. I arrived at the office 20 minutes early, filled out the necessary paperwork, had a few complications with my insurance company ($300 a month for coverage BUT not all of what the office presumed I’d need, was covered) $200 OOP later, I assumed we were making progress, right? WRONG! With 2 ultrasounds, one in hand in a disc and one through MyChart.Orlandohealth, which was printed off by the desk clerk Evelyn, respectable enough according to the “good doctor” he only goes by his own results. So, one strip down, legs open, finger jabbing, pelvic pressing later, I was “too BIG” for a normal pelvic exam of which now he had to “rely on his office screening and tools” to draw his own conclusions. Silent tears in the bathroom before the 3rd ultrasound in 1 month, afraid that something may be wrong beyond just PCOS (The lab examiner was very kind, I appreciate her for that) DR.Ralph concluded that “nothing is wrong” (but I haven’t had a period in over a year) “you shouldn’t have pain” (but you see the build up and follicles beside that I DO have pain) “you need to be in birth control because it would be tragic for you to have children” (but I want kids) “...because you’ll only have more miscarriages and possible health issues because you’re too big” (but I’m here for a solution to it all) “I don’t want to see you again” (but you’re accepting all patients) “..because I don’t deal with patients over 275 lbs or with a body mass of more than 30%” (but not everyone is skinny especially someone with my condition) “here is one time prescription you need to take the pills for 10 days” (what happens afterwards?) “..it’ll give you a period, not sure for how long or how much pain it’ll be” (but how can I work, on a truck, like that?) “..afterwards you will need a follow up ultrasound and if the follicles are still there you’ll need a D&C but I will not perform it” (so what about me?)”"

"This is the absolute worst experience I have EVER had! As a first time mother to be, I expected a great experience with this pregnancy and doctors appointments. Dr Ralph and his nurse have no bedside manner. He stereotypes his Medicaid patients and makes rude comments. I would not recommend this doctor or practice to my worst enemy."

"Dr. Ralph is a very nice doctor and is knowledgeable. But his nurse Barbara is just completely awful, she has terrible bedside manners and acts like she is more of the MD than the nurse she is. I have never in my life came across an individual in the medical industry that over steps their boundaries as much as she has while I’ve attended this practice. She is very rude and unprofessional. With that being said I wouldn’t recommend anyone attending this practice on the count of her assisting in treating patients. She needs a lesson on customer satisfaction."

"Dr Ralph is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor. I moved out of the area and I'm attempting to a copy of my medical records which can only be done via fax. No email and it takes 3 days to get your records. Seriously, how do you run a practice in 2020 with fax machines and 3 days to gather records. It's really time to get with technology. I would wonder if the office isn't modernized are the doctors keeping up with modern medicine."

"I say this with total honesty, their customer service is always terrible, on the phone and in person. The only person who was ever decent was the woman in the billing department, she was kind. Also, they discharged me from their practice without calling me, just sending a letter to my old address that never got delivered to my current residence which I found out the hard way, when I depleted my prescription meds and called for an urgent refill, Donna snapped at me that they won't write it for me and I'm no longer their patient and then hung up on me without letting me reply. Do yourself a favor and don't ever go to this outdated ugly office with rude staff. There are way better options out there."
