"Stay away from this clinic at all costs!!! Trust the reviews!!! Please find another clinic! This one star review is long overdue. If I could leave no stars I would. Let's start with when I first scheduled my appointment they told me they took my insurance which when I got to my appointment it turns out they did not take my insurance So I had to change my insurance in order to continue going to them but that should have been my first red flag that they waited until the day of my appointment to tell me they don't take my insurance. All of this to get an IUD: they Require a ultrasound Before they will insert the IUD which cannot be done in the same day so you have to wait a couple months before you can get your IUD. you can't get your IUD until you get your period so they schedule it with your period so its estimated. then they call me to ask me which IUD i want the day before my appointment and then tell me they don't have it and have to cancel. This place is awful, I've been waiting 4 months for this day and I couldn't be more angry and disappointed with the service. Horrible."

"I came here for an annual check up only. The doctor who did the check up was super nice however i got charged for extra lab work I did not request for. I tried solving the issue for over 3 months with the doctors office just waiting for a response only to have a receptionist be really nasty on the phone. The first few times I called the office the receptionist I spoke with were as helpful as they could be but this last receptionist was super unhelpful and needs to take a few classes on customer service. She kept telling me their is nothing they can do even though it was their doctor who requested for lab work I didn’t ask for. Now I am getting charged for something I didn’t request for. This is not an issue with the lab or my insurance…this is an issue with the doctors office. I will never come here again! Have to tread lightly when it comes to any kind of healthcare."

"My previous Dr. here retired and now I am being seen by Dr. Lydia Valderrama, and I'm very pleased. She was wonderful. Very kind, personable, knowledgeable, and she took her time with me as a new patient with her. I really appreciate this."

"I was supposed to go for my third annual appointment with Dr. Matos in December but I finally realized that this isn’t the place for me. I have PCOS and I’m overweight. I don’t have physical health issues other than my pcos but my mental health is severe. When I went for my first appointment three years ago, the doctor told me I have to change my entire diet and lifestyle in order to lose over 100lbs in a year. I was only 19 and thought everything was drastic but she was the doctor so she should know. I had an extremely tough year battling depression and unfortunately I didn’t lose any weight. The following year for my annual, the first thing she said to me was “I told you to lose weight not gain weight. You can’t make everything about your mental health, you have to think about your physical health too”. This was so shocking to me because never in my life has a professional spoken to me in this way. Then I started to ask about the possibilities of getting an IUD instead of birth control pills because the side effects were too much for me. I realized she is old school and is very against IUDs and didn’t even want to hear anything else from me. The only reason I give a 2 star was because I never felt uncomfortable during my Pap smear and ultrasounds, but everything else sucks. Not to mention you will receive endless calls and bills even if you pay in full during your visit because their billing team can’t keep up. Also, they lost my blood work THREE times in one year and had to retake my blood each time. Never going back"

"If i could give 0 stars I would. MA staff was very rude. My appt has been scheduled for weeks and im called the day before to be notified thatvny appointment may need to be rescheduled because they say i have an insurance that i dont have. I called the insurance company and did a conference call with the MA staff to show proof i didnt have the insurance they stated i have. I asked them just to document it in my chart so the person who does insurance could see that they were able to verify and give them a reference number. The MA (Tanaje(spelling may be incorrect) ) passed the phone to another MA who was very rude and continuously talked over me and the representative from the insurance company, the insurance company recorded the conversation abd even stated she couldn't believe how rude she was. I asked to speak to an office manager and to an administrative staff member and was told they didnt have either, the only person to speak with is in Orlando. How is that beneficial to your patients? All i asked was for them to document a note in the chart that they spoke to the insurance representative for the insurance personnel to be able to view it and follow up. Looking at the reviews i will definitely seek a different provider. You can tell this isnt the first time this MA has been rude because with each phone call the MA that answered handed off the phone to this specific person. Please be mindful of how you treat people especially in healthcare where you're suppose to show compassion to those who need your assistance. If healthcare is not what you enjoy or you're having a bad day dont take it out on the patients. Thats one reason a lot of people dont seek assistance now because of how they are treated by the ones who are suppose to be a part of their healthcare TEAM."
