"If I could give a zero I would…. I went to Dr Santorello last year and was told that I would need to have a procedure done, she said that I would have to go to a Port St. Lucie out patient to have this procedure done. I was also informed that I would have to pay $600 up front due to her fee. Well low and behold my insurance was not accepted at the facility so we had to cancel the procedure. I was told I would get my refund several times from Carrie or Cara whatever her name was. She just needed time. She told me to call her today on 2/15. I advised i knew I owed money but that money that I paid was for the procedure and one does not have to with another. The manager gets on the phone and by the way is nasty rude and whatever else you would like to say about her said o well you have a balance and we are taking it from your deposit. They are quick to take your money before they tell you if the insurance will cover. And here is another kicker when Dr. Santorello was doing my exam she said u need to hold up your fat. I was like excuse me that is excess skin from my bariatric surgery I had 5 years ago. Please tell me who says that to a patient. I would never recommend them to any one. The only one that is pleasant in that office is Dawn other then that find a new ob/gyn unless you want to be scammed and humiliated because that’s exactly how I felt"

"This place used to have a very awesome and solid nurse practitioner that would follow up with her patients, whom I miss. I had several abnormal test results, asked the newer nurse practitioner to call me back on SEVERAL occasions to discuss my results but - although the receptionist said the nurse would call me back (the NP gets in the office after 1:00 pm), she NEVER did. Instead the office gave me some appointment for weeks out. I decided to go elsewhere midterm instead of waiting for weeks to talk to someone but I needed my medical records from this place so I called for an update on the records status and I asked AGAIN for the nurse practitioner to call me (was told there was 'nothing ever in my chart about wanting a phone call') and AGAIN I received no call. Go here if you want to be avoided. There's newer/nicer/more competent places."

"I went to the office for the first time in September. I had an emergency and they were very accommodating and scheduled me right away. The front desk is very nice. The nurse practitioner was very nice. I needed emergency surgery and Dr. Santoriello did not hesitate to squeeze me in immediately. I am very happy with the entire office staff."

"I went to her office for my yearly prevention visit and I will never go here again. They did not even take a urine sample which I have never experienced at a wellness preventative visit. My visit was maybe no more than 10-15min log with the doctor (which included getting a pap smear done). When I got my bill they not only charged my insurance for the prevention they charged for an office visit because it was my first time at this office and she asked me about my medical history, it took no more than 5min to give her a brief medical history. I have never in my life been charged an extra office visit when a doctor ask me a few questions at a preventative visit. I guess I should have gone in and not said a word."
