"I was asked to reschedule my appointment this morning (after I was already in a room) because I had my child with me. They told me we could reschedule for a time that I had a babysitter. I have NEVER in my life been told this by a provider… much less by an OBGYN office. I have been a regular patient at other offices in other states, and they have welcomed children every single time. They usually even provide coloring books, snacks, and have nurses lining up to hold them during the 3 seconds the doctor is examining me. Now, I TOTALLY understand a no kids policy (even though I have never heard of this), however this was not disclosed to me prior and was nowhere on the website!! I have never asked or expected an office to accommodate my children. I was perfectly prepared and willing to hold my child, sit him in a seat, whatever would’ve worked best…same thing I have been doing for 5 years. Thank god I had a stroller in my car for my older kids that I could put him in to he seen. However, my biggest issue with my visit today was that when I called weeks ago I said I needed to be seen for an ultrasound to see if my IUD had moved, so she scheduled this appointment. After all of this hassle they tell me they do not have an ultrasound machine in the office?? 1. What OB doesn’t do ultrasounds and 2. Seems like they could’ve saved us all some trouble by listening to my original request. I have 3 little kids and no family here to help me, and there was a lot of planning that took place to schedule this appointment for me. I have been looking forward to this as I’ve been in pain for weeks since I called… only to say I need to go to the other office and wait 2 more weeks. I am just so frustrated and disappointed in my experience this morning. The nurse and provider were both VERY NICE and I am happy with my experience with both of them, however I do not recommend this place at all. I assumed going to a place called women’s care they would be more accommodating to women."

"This location assured me they took my insurance before I made an appointment, now they are charging me an outrageous bill for an annual check up visit. I have tried multiple times to get in contact with them, and have been sent to the wrong departments, hung up on, and ignored. All around, this has been the biggest hassle all because I wanted to take care of my body and do what I am meant to do. Extremely unprofessional."

"Dr. Capobianco is wonderful! She is kind, patient and a great listener. I felt very comfortable and I am so happy to have found such an empathetic doctor. The office is clean and the staff is very nice. Only con was the wait time. The office was full and my appointment was delayed 45 min. It was worth the wait though!"
