"I don’t know what type of operation Guillermo Kohn has going on in that office but the service is absolutely horrible. First of all, I came in Monday and did a couple test. Guillermo Kohn HIMSELF said I would be called in 48 hrs and explained the results. I called back three days later on a Thursday and the front desk is telling me I have to wait till Monday and come in for my results. Like I don’t know if Guillermo Kohn is crazy, or if the front desk lady is crazy or if they’re both crazy. But why are they telling me two different things. All I know is, come Monday they better know what’s about to hit them. Worst service ever, given by the worst staff ever. Throw the whole office away at this point. We hate y’all!"

"After much research on different doctors I chose Dr. Kohn to do my iud (non-hormonal) with. I didn’t have insurance in Miami so the procedure cost about $2,000 to do over 2 days. Ever since I had it done I have been in pain and Dr. Kohn’s staff won’t put me through to him unless I come in for a visit which is $350 itself. I don’t think they care about their patients well-being unless it involves money and I don’t usually write reviews but this had to be said. I do wish the outcome had been different."
