"I was a patient with Berdoni for many years and loved her care when everything that I needed was easy and standard procedures. I recently stopped because I had a difficult emergency situation and was unable to get in touch with Berdoni. I called the office many times over the course of 2 weeks and never got a call back and I provided a significant amount of feedback to the office manager more than 6 months ago and I have not seen any of it be implemented or heard back from anyone in the office. Also, there was a PA in the office who said extremely inappropriate things during my visit. Additionally, they put me through multiple exams and tests that were not necessary and charged me more than $500 for them."
