"Unfortunately I found this doctor for my daughter's pregnancy check-ups. Being a new mother with all the doubts and fears in the world, he was never empathetic. I always had a lack of information, everything was at the wrong time, I forgot what I promised one of the following appointments. It's really a patient person who makes the appointments because he doesn't say anything or advise you anything. When you ask something, it's not really very informative given the amount of doubts that arise during pregnancy. When the baby was going to be born, he never answered my messages or calls. "Doctor Carlos Martinez was not friendly at all, not at all attentive, we did not receive good treatment from him, at 9 at night he told us that he was ready to break my water and at 11:30 at night he still had not done it, If it wasn't because my family member complained about his delay, I think I would still be there enduring pain. Wonderful hospital. The nurses, except for one who was not empathetic with my process, all the others were wonderful. Thanks to Melany for all her help so that our baby, Shanon, Tatiana, and the two Anitas were born. The rest of the staff and doctors at the Doral clinic are wonderful, María Medal, Navi, Arronte, thank you all! But Dr. Carlos Martinez mmmm, very unpleasant to us."

"the customer service at the office lack of professionalism, it's been 3 months since I try to schedule an appoitment as a new patient. Everytime I call its a different issue it's too much for them to say everything in place but instead its better little by little and while the mid time I could be having all the problems in the world. I just gave up i guess I will have to go to the ER to get to see a doctor."
