I didn’t know until I contacted him with many medical questions that he was not only a family man, but also knowledgeable, kind, understanding and patient enough to help me with my concerns. He is a one of a kind doctor who went above and beyond to ensure the patient’s ultimate satisfaction. I am just so glad he’s the best!!!"

"I was referred to the Jackson West location for an ultrasound. I arrived on time but unfortunately it took almost an hour and 30 minutes to be seen by the ultrasound tech. The tech was nice and apologized for the wait but it was still very frustrating. I did not see the doctor for this visit but he did call me the next day. I’m not sure if this was concern or for billing purposes, though he seemed very nice. Overall, it was an okay experience. The wait was the biggest negative for me. Facility was very clean."

"Extremely disappointed. I was referred by my Doctor, made an effort to come from North Broward to their Miami Lakes office, after waiting for about 45 minutes, I was scheduled for blood work and sonogram, and phlebotomist doesn’t work Mondays. Person scheduling appointment should’ve scheduled accordingly. Made an appointment for very next day first thing, showed up 10 minutes before opening time, 40 minutes later, still no phlebotomist (late or no show again). No respect for other people’s time, we all have work or other responsibilities, the doctor could be great (I don’t know because I haven’t even met him, just a medical student and tech)...not happy at all!"

"After 2 miscarriages (1 of them of 22 weeks) and a lot of visit to a lot of Drs without any help, God put in my way to Dr Rodriguez Martirena, Amazing , was the first time that I really feel that one Dr. was worry and care about my Problem, he was thinking when we left and he came to stop us to speak about some posibility problems and their solutions, and yes there was my problem and his solution save me of a cerclaje, all treatment was perfect for me, for sure I go to recommend him and his team with the other Dr, thanks them I have my 5 month old bendition in my life, very fast appointment, so nice team at his office, God bless him to be a bless for others!
