"I made an appt with this gyn at 7:40 am asked her tech will she for sure be there at 7:40 am I had another Dr appt right afterwards. Tech assured me Veneroni would be on time. Guess what she saunters in at 8:10!! NO APOLOGY. I said I have an appt right after this because now she is going to make me late. Her rude response was you can check in for your next appt with your phone app. She is rude, refuses to write me a medical record of exam. Look at her reviews. Made a complaint to Ombudsman at Cleveland Clinic about her. No one there cares- Bad Dr don't use her then maybe Cleveland will understand why she gets all those bad reviews. Next appt the Dr was ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND I GOT A MEDICAL RECORD OF THE VISIT."
"I never had an issues before with this doctor, but recently I had my annual appointment which I have to wait 3 months for it. The day of my appointment arrived, I get there on time, and my supiese was that my appointment had been canceled since June 2 and they never told me! no call, no email, no text. Their excuse was they left a message on their platform 'MyChart' but I never received the notification or notice. I had to ask for permission at work to assist to this appointment but it seems my time is not as valuable as their. How is it possible that a clinic do not notify by phone that an appointment is cancelled. What if I do not use technology, what if I am an 80-year-old woman who does not use 'MyChart' but only calls??? And the the worst part is that they canceled my appointment and they next want available was for November 4 months later and I had already waited 3 months. What a terrible service and how irresponsible of this doctor. Health in USA is the worst you can died before a doctor sees you."
"I just finished my visit and I was very happy from start finish. It’s my fist time at a Cleveland clinic facility. The doctor was wonderful. I noticed some reviews but decided to meet with her anyway and it was a Good decision. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and caring. ++++++. I will continue to use Dr Veneroni and recommend."
"I will not be returning to see this doctor. I went in for a visit and felt she did not have bedside manners. She was very matter of fact and I felt rushed to make a decision. In this line of business I feel a doctor should be gentle and understanding however I felt she kept looking at her nurse expressing her disapproval of my decision not to quickly jump into getting cut."
